A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE ARTIST
1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).
In my time away from the studio, I like to read, hike, bike, meditate, teach private art lessons, and volunteer in the community.
2. Why do you make art?
I make art because it is an intrinsic part of my daily life. It brings great peace.
3. What inspires you?
Nature, great poetry, and great art inspire me daily.
4. What/who are your influences?
Every day I look at contemporary fine art through Instagram and through books and publications. I am also passionate about art history. I am influenced by it all.
5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?
It would be a great honor and gift to meet the Dalai Lama.
